Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You received a wrong item
The products were damaged when you got it delivered (We would like to receive photos of the same- This will help us to correct the flaws in our shipping and shipping partner to improve our packing )
We do not entertain cancellations for the reason -ordered by mistake or changed your mind. Also cncellations will not be allowed on discounted products and if you have used any discount coupons or bought the item in any ongoing store sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery due to a damaged product or wrong product delivery, the returning items. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it

Cancellations:
Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, You will get a full refund if you cancel your order. However, If the product is shipped already, you will not be eligible to cancel your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
